The ongoing pandemic continues to challenge all of us, but particularly artists.
Video performance proposals are now open for the 2022 Victoria Flamenco Festival taking place July 16-24, 2022. We are currently seeking 20-30 minute video presentation applications.
Last year, we hosted an exclusively on-line event schedule. All the artists who took part really came through and delivered wonderful pre-recorded performances from Canada, Mexico, and Spain! The audience loved these shows and the camaraderie of watching them on-line as a community.
Please get creative and send us your proposal for a video performance! The application deadline is February 15, 2022.
Live in-person events are being considered for 2022. We are working diligently to see what sorts of live events may be able to happen in a safe way. Please check the Victoria Flamenco Festival website over the next few months. We will be posting updates as more information becomes available and plans develop. ONLY applications for video performances are being sought at this time.
